If you are a business, we offer two different types of account:

An online account for businesses which do not have a retail outlet: order only through our website, with online payment at time of ordering and a minimum order value of ?100.
An invoiced account for businesses with a retail outlet: served by a rep (if required); order via our website, our sales office, the rep, by email, or by fax; no minimum order; first order to be pro-forma.

Please note:

Invoiced accounts are subject to status and yearly turnover.
Payment terms for invoiced accounts are: goods invoiced up to and including the last day of the month to be payable by the last day of the next month.

In order to open a business account, you will be required to have a functioning e-commerce website, this can include Ebay or Amazon stores. You will also need to submit suitable proof of business documentation.

This can be one of the following:

VAT certificate
Copy of business card
Product liability insurance certificate
