System Requirements

There has been a 32bit Windows based application developed which will work with the following operating systems: Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10.

The application also works with Windows XP, however, as Microsoft no longer support this operating system, you are advised that you should upgrade to a newer operating system due to software incompatibilities and potential security vulnerabilities. If new problems arise when using the scanner with a PC running Windows XP, then Groves will only be able to do a certain amount to resolve the problems and cannot guarantee that a solution will be found.
The app will run in all web browsers.
